Reverted changes to movement speed while not under the effects of the TZP (Back to normal if you do not use TZP).

Following changes compared to vanilla version of TZP:

• TZP effect duration increased, at max overdose effects last approximately 5 mins (Negative effect durations remain the same)
• Roughly 20% increase in walking and sprinting speed while under the effects of the TZP
• For approximately 1 min after max overdosing, stamina is unlimited
• While under the effects of the TZP, stamina recovery is significantly increased
