Pretty barebone, no custom configs. This modpacks will bring you fun and wacky moments without adding too much on the vanilla experience.
As a host you should tinker a bit in LethalConfig settings ingame to set balances or just plain ol' fun. Makesure to restart the game after applying settings in the LethalConfig. OR play as is and have fun.
