Edited version of the Mansion Interior, made for Zeranos compatability

Quick Hotfix that adds "WaterAssetRestorer" as a dependency

Added new Dependencies and updated the Zeranos dependency to the newest version

Fixed the reverb on the ship that appears when first hosting a lobby.

Updated the Dependencies to include newest Zeranos update.

Added a default spawn weight for the interior on Zeranos. (around 20% spawn chance)

Made the file size of the interior significantly smaller. (75mb > 36mb)
