Major QOL improvements

There's a healthy mix of performance improvers in this pack (which should help those of us that don't have nuclear reactors for PCs), as well as a lot of really, really good quality-of-life improvement mods (fixing weird in-game quirks, making dropship land faster, making the cruiser driveable etc).
