Multipurpose modding API for Lethal Company

Provides an in-game config menu for players to edit their configs, and an API for other mods to use and customize their entries.

Adds a yippee (tbh creature) as scrap. Made for a friend so they can have a comfort toy while they get their neck snapped by a bracken.

Acts as a module loader for other mods, allowing you to easily add your own custom items to Lethal Company!
