NOTE: These would be very down the line though, I have many other large projects to complete first.

The moon rarity weights are all absurdly high right now since LLL doesn't let you lower a weight, only increase it; I'm working on a patch that should fix it but until then, they'll just be a bit wacky.
I'm currently working on optimization, but at the moment it takes forever to load (about as long as a giant modpack); I'm hoping to get the load time down in the future.
The new 2.0 version of IntegrityChaos' Diversity mod has been throwing some errors in the console in my testing. I don't know if they actually effect anything, but if they do, you can just downgrade to the latest 1.0 version.
The same error thing is happening with MoreCompany, but reverting doesn't seem to fix it, so good luck I guess!
