I HIGHLY reccomend downloading 3rdperson mod temporarily and customizing your lethalcreature appearance with it and saving the profile for later use. As it does not let you see your character while you customize

I reccomend these settings (changeable in game via lethalconfig)

edit config thunderstore morescreams.cfg shut up after = 0.3
