Snoop Group Modpack

1/10/24 added more mods :)

1/11/24 added a few more mods and removed 1 broken mod (LC_Symphony)

added some more mods, will tweak accordingly and update again eventually, and maybe remove some that clash with others if noticed

1/12/24 didn't play any yesterday to test too much, but added a few more qol mods as well as a couple that just sounded interesting
