 - Ship layout and monitors:
- Extra monitors are now handled by GeneralImprovements, with even more monitors and statistics (though its numbers seem pretty unreliable so this may need some future vetting)
 - Tweaked OpenBodyCams to move to a different screen, and adjusted resolution, framerate, and brightness
 - Overall layout and terminal position changed to accomodate new monitors
 
 - New weather stuff:
- New weathers from LethalElements
 - Did a general pass of the weather config while adding LethalElements stuff, so weights and multipliers are overall slightly tweaked

- Major new Wither update
 - A handful of new SBT things like scan highlights and other little fixes
 - ShipWindows is finally updated out of beta, and combined with SBT patches, should work decently well now
 - Added a mod to make living players quieter for spectators
 - Purged a bunch of moons to clean up and optimize load time (including the whole Wesley's Moons bundle, just keeping a few individual moons)
 - New Wesley moons and interiors (I tried to only keep the decent moons, but only time will tell)
 - Added PlayZone interior
 - Adjusted moon/interior weights/scrap bonuses again to accomodate all the new updates
 - Re-enabled the scrap keeper upgrade from LategameUpgrades which should finally be fixed now!
 - A few other misc. config fixes
 - Loading screen now looks more fancy and red
