Fixes an issue where the Double Loot Wednesday event wasn't happening consistently. Now you properly get double loot on Wednesday.

Add an option to make Double Loot Wednesday start and stop when the clock actually hits midnight, as opposed to only caring whether you opened the game on Wednesday (vanilla behaviour).
