A compatibility-fixed build of Weather Gains for current Lethal Company versions.

What this version fixes

• Restores Weather Gains compatibility with current Lethal Company.
• Adds safe handling for custom WeatherRegistry weather types.
• Prevents failures when a custom weather does not exist in the original multiplier dictionary.
• Preserves the original scrap value and scrap amount multiplier behavior.
• Keeps the original configurable weather reward system.
