A compatibility-fixed build of WeatherRegistry for current Lethal Company versions.

What this version fixes

• Restores WeatherRegistry compatibility with current Lethal Company.
• Preserves custom weather registration and asset bundle loading.
• Supports custom weather definitions such as Rapture.
• Includes compatibility changes required by newer game behavior.
• Preserves the original WeatherRegistry API and plugin identity where required for dependent mods.
