AutoRevive

Adds automatic revival of the player similar to popular first-person shooters. Prevents ship from leaving automatically until all players are permanently dead.
You can limit the amount of revives and set the revive cooldown to increase per amount of deaths amongst other configuration options.
LethalCompany InputUtils is an optional dependency that makes reviving wait for user input. It also allows you to configure which button to use to revive the player.
