ScrapOutside

Allows scrap to naturally spawn outside. The following are configurable to your preferences.

• A blacklist of scrap that are not allowed to spawn.
• The % chance that a day will spawn scrap outside.
• Whether the scrap spawns as a cluster of items or randomly across the map.
• The minimum and maximum amount of scrap that can spawn.
• The maximum value of scrap that can spawn outside (which will automatically blacklist an item if it can not spawn with the configured value.)
