Eifie's Redux Company Modpack

Are you ready for new dangers?

This modpack touches nearly all aspects of the game and provides a difficult yet balanced experience.
Take on new high-risk, high-reward moons and amass stacks of company credits, or be subjugated to the new traps or dangerous enemies.
This pack will be continually adjusted to present a challenge while not being overly difficult. It will also be updated to include various QOL features that were absent from the original game.

• Text-to-Speech using MelaniesVoice (Config not included. Will not be reset whenever updating. Configure in-game with LethalConfig.)

Note

As of version 2.5.3, modelswap suits and cosmetics will be relegated to ReduxCompanyCosmetics. They will no longer be required to play this modpack, if you think they are immersion-breaking. The update code in the changelog will still feature them though. You can download ReduxCompanyCosmetics here.

Warnings

• Some mods in this pack are harsh to players with Epilepsy. It is recommended to not use this pack if you suffer from seizures.
  
• Those with sensitive hearing may want to lower their volume. Some sounds are extremely loud.
  

New Minimum Requirements:

The weakest PC tested to run this pack has:

• CPU: Intel Core i5-13420H
  
• RAM: 16GB
  
• GPU: GeForce RTX 3050
  
• Storage: At least 6GB
  If your PC does not meet or exceed these specs, it may not be able to run this pack!

Installation

This pack requires a mod manager such as Thunderstore App, R2Modman, or Gale to install.

1. Create a fresh profile in your mod manager of choice
2. In the "Online"/"Get Mods" section of your mod manager, type in "EifiesReduxCompany"
3. Download the newest version with dependencies
   OR:
   
4. Open the "Changelog" tab in the Thunderstore page
5. Find the most recent update code
6. Click "Import/Update", then "Import", then "From code"
7. Enter the code from the changelog and import
   Some mods might show as disabled if you use the profile code, but still be active if downloaded from the Online section. These mods should be disabled in order to not cause any issues. The following should be disabled:
   HookGenPatcher v0.0.5 by Evaisa (AutoHookGenPatcher makes this irrelevant)
   Now that DiFFoZTweaks allows for stopping plugins from loading, most mods that need to be disabled will be handled by its config.

Updating

We strive to make updating Eifie's Redux Company extremely easy. Here are some tips for updating.

• Check the changelog every update. If there are no removed mods in the newest version, you may click "update all" in your mod manager.
• A mod manager profile code is provided every update. You can use it to automatically import the modpack ready to go.
• The modlist hash is regenerated with every update. If Modlist Hash Checker prompts you to update the hash on startup, something is wrong!

Known Issues

Using the in-game VSync setting can cause strange issues. Use the VSync setting in your graphics card's control panel instead.
Players may lose their ability to interact with objects at random. You can use "," to force a reset.
