Add a /sell <value> command in the chat

What can you do ?

Using /sell <value> you can sell exactly the amount you want.
If you want to sell everything, use /sell -1.

ItemsNotToSell : Choose the items that you don't want to sell.
ItemsToSellFirst : Choose the items to prioritize (the annoying ones).
PrioritizeItemsOnCruiser : Prioritize items on the Cruiser even if there are items from ItemsToSellFirst in the Ship.
