Space Station 13 Sound Overhaul

370+ sound effects sourced from SS13's /tg/station and Goonstation. An almost complete sound overhaul and replacement. Also adds the sseth video.

- Jumpsuit equip changed to the classic zip sfx
- Added lightning strikes sfx
- Adjusted volumes of Rain and StormyRain sfx
- StartOfDay music lowered in volume and slowly fades out
- ShipArriveAtPlanet sfx should sound nicer
- HangarDoors sfx should sound nicer
- Reduced the heartbeat sfx length as they were too long
- Dropship music should work now
