OctolarPlush

Adds an Octolar Plushie scrap item.

Config Settings

`twoHanded`	`Boolean`	`false`	If enabled, the Octolar Plush will be two-handed.
`carryWeight`	`Int32`	`10`	Octolar Plush carry weight in pounds.
`minValue`	`Int32`	`45`	Octolar Plush min scrap value.
`maxValue`	`Int32`	`100`	Octolar Plush max scrap value.
