Replaces the Loadstone loading theme with different music

Replaces the Loadstone loading theme with a variety of music depending on the in-game weather. The mod's name comes from when it originally always replaced it with Lalalatte. For this mod to work, you must be using Loadstone / LoadstoneNightly, and in the config for Loadstone/LoadstoneNightly you need to enable the music in the LCSoundTool section. You may want to turn up the music fadeout time to hear more of it! This mod contains a custom condition to detect what the weather is currently. Feel free to yoink the code if you would like to also detect what the current weather is for your own sound mods!
