• Reduced Majora Moon scrap value bonus from 4x --> 2.5x (Normal pack is 1.7x)
• Increased Majora Mask scrap value to be between 300-400
• Removed all other extra weather bonuses that were given in the Special Pack
• Increased the following weather scrap value multipliers:

-Heatwave 1.2x --> 1.3x

-MajoraMoon + Earthquakes 1.95x --> 2.75x

-Heatwave + Majora 1.9x --> 3x

• DustClouds has been given the same properties as Cloudy
• Following all the Clear weathers (Clear, Cloudy, Foggy, Light Fog), Majora moon has the same spawn weight as Cloudy (Making it much more common, yet not as common as during the Special Pack since it doesnt replace it fully, just has a similar weight)
• Meteor Shower is no longer blacklisted
• Reduced meltdown escape timer from 3 mins --> 2 mins
• Reduced Apparatus base value from 400 --> 350
