Changes the In-Game Chat into a Terminal

• use / in front of the text you want to send as chat. ex./hello crew
• clear command clears chat box text
• ? shortcut for help terminal command
• includes terminal bang feature, using ! at end of command to auto confirm

TODO:

• AutoComplete using Tab
• History using Up and Down Arrows
