I'll make this readme better at some point with images n stuff, but BASICALLY this removes the miniature white icons in the corner of significant items from Wesley's Moons (such as lore, ingredients, action figures, etc).
I personally only recommend using this addon if your modpack either has Wesley's progression system disabled OR if your modpack just uses the individual moon releases. Otherwise, it may be hard to tell what items are loggable in the terminal (Ingredients & Destiny items are labelled as such in the corner tooltip so that's less of an issue).
