Undertale, Deltarune, and (some) Undertale Yellow!

Some sounds are drop-in replacements, some are mixed with the original LC audio, and some have been completely redone to fit the structure of the original while trying to maintain an 8-bit style. A lot of my time was put into making sure things sound as good as I can make them, so I hope you can find enjoyment in it.

Future Deltarune Chapters

Once Deltarune gets finished up, you best believe I'll be adding any fitting sounds from those chapters into this mod.

Sound Categories

Groups of sounds that are changed:

  • Main menu (music & sfx)
  • Player/HUD
  • Ship, Terminal, all Furniture including TV audio
  • Most tools in the store
  • Certain scrap items
  • Interior hazards (landmines, turrets, spike traps)
  • Weather (rainy, stormy, meteor shower, etc)
  • Entities
  • Cruiser

Music

There are about 60 songs in total. Here is a chart showing where each song can/will play: screenshot

Due to the way I implemented the ambient music, they most likely won't play on modded moons. I might fix this at some point.

You can disable almost any sounds by group if you don't like em!

TO-DO:

There is still much left to do in the base game, including:

  • Random ambient sfx. (i have ideas for a bunch of these but i don't yet know how to keep them from becoming annoying)
  • Eyeless dog growls (i'm thinkin Susie)
  • Kidnapper Fox (not super high priority but would be cool)
  • Masked laughs (there's plenty of laughs for me to pull from, just gotta make it not annoying)
  • Company Cruiser collision sounds (i kind of rushed the last 4/7 collision sounds so they may need tweaking. i just wanna release this mod man.)
  • Company reward voice clips (1 is done currently but it's one of the rare ones, don't expect to hear it in-game.)
  • I'd like to improve on my TimeOfDayCues eventually. I think they already sound great as they are, but with my limited LMMS abilites I know they could be better.
