Another individual enemy buff. The Bracken tends to not chase very long in vanilla. This fixes that. Brackens now have twice the chance to staredown when retreating, and chase twice as long when angered. This is not a fixed amount and simply multiplies.

(CHECK README!!) Test mod to replace facility meltdown music after the apparatus is removed with a slightly edited version of It's Pizza Time! to line up to almost exactly 4 minutes, ending almost exactly when the ship is taking off.
