Creates a meter in the bottom left showing how loud you're being (aka, how loud the spot you're occupying is to monsters)
There's no configuration because I didn't feel like learning BIE's config stuff, and this is simple.

Make the distance more lax so that a handheld flashlight will trigger LLM. Shoulda done this earlier, just lazy.
Use a different "mount point" to attach to HUD. This fixes compatibility with EladsHUD.
