GoblinFiend's Heavy-flashlight

Adds four new scrap into the game.

Cheap. Dim. Infinite Battery (for the time being).

The Heavy-flashlight can be found as scrap within the dungeon.

There are rare variants of the Heavy-Flashlight: the Heavy-Blacklight, Heavy-Uraniumlight and Light-Pinklight.

Known issues: Would like to set a script for toggling on/off.
