A hat in time Apparatus grabbed music

Adds the song “Collapsing rift” (with timer alerts & without). Also Snatcher will:

• Talk Upon taking the apparatus
• Mock you if you die if you fail escaping the collapse
• Talk if you do escape (must be inside ship sorry :/)
• Talk if you land with a 50% chance (not on gordion)

Suggestion

• When installing this mod (or any other mod of this kind), Please disable "MusicPlaysOutside" and turn down "MusicVolume" to 0 in the config editor of Facility Meltdown.
