Conductor Playable LC v0.1.0

Adds the conductor from a hat in time as a playable character

Side note: the current build is a test build and is a bit buggy, but it works.

-in current version 2 suits will show up on the rack -rack suit textures are unfinished

Instructions

• Place contents in bepinex/plugins folder. Ensure that ModelReplacementAPI, MoreSuits is also installed.
