Altair Player Model v0.1.0

Altair from Re:Creators Player Model. Model is from Hyperdimensional/Superdimensional. Really barebones tbh. Skirt physics are a little weird and kinda clip through the legs sometimes.

• Place contents in bepinex/plugins folder. Ensure that ModelReplacementAPI is also installed.
