Removed LethalRebinding due to native support being added

Removed ItemQuickSwitch and Doms_Basic_Suit_Colors added more cosmetic suits, removed the quickslot mod that was blocking the use of emotes, added a mod that uses a page system for the suit rack so it no longer covers the charger, and added the mod that allows you to rebind controls. (so totally not that much is different, don't look at the list)
