HeartAttack
Adds in a heart attack difficulty tweak aka RNG. 10% chance to get a heart attack (multiplayer: must be with someone) and a 13% chance to tremble in fear.

Version: 1.0.0: First version of the heart attack mod.
Version: 1.0.1: Changed the heart attack value from 20% to 10% and if you're playing multiplayer the heart attack will take in effect if you're with someone. Also, added in a fear tremble mechanic that has a 13% chance of happening which slows the player for 2.5 seconds.
