Mute XP

A small mod that simply mutes the "IncreaseLevel" & "DecreaseLevel" sound effects, rendering them completely silent.
Useful for those who find the sound annoying and/or don't need to care about xp gain/loss due to reaching max rank.

Also works as a band-aid fix for a rare but seemingly unsolvable bug in which the sound effect will randomly play on loop in the dropship until leaving orbit.
