Makes Coil-Heads sound a bit sillier than usual.

Description

Replaces all Coil-Head noises with several iconic Hanna-Barbera cartoon sound effects.

Expanded version of GoofyCoilHeads by TheHorseMan using SoundAPI for variety purposes.

• There are 36 sound effects in total that a Coil-Head can randomly play: 9 for when it kills a player, 5 for when it enters its cooldown state, 11 for when it comes to an short stop, and 11 for when its neck wobbles. Walking sound effects also vary depending on whether it's moving around inside or outside the facility.

Not related to or inspired by A Rather Silly Coil Head by COREsEND, I'd made this sound pack back in April but just never published it. You should still check that mod out if you want a model that fits the sound effects, though I don't think the sounds from this mod will play with it.
