Necoarc suits

Adds 2 suits that changes the character to neco arc.

	- Fixed the mod not working with the Hatkid suit mod.
	- Added "bepinex" and "plugins" folders for potential fix with thunderstorm mod manager.

	- Fixed a black texture appearing in neco arc remake suit
	- Added jiggle physics for neco arc remake suit's tail.
