this'll probably be the last update this mod gets for a while, unless collision needs to be improved or if some changes should be reverted, since i want to go ahead and start porting more mario kart maps.

- Adjusted placement of the dropship to be at the start of the track
- Decreased the volume of the music significantly (yes you get to keep your ears now sorry)
