changed Haboob from Stormy+DustClouds+Cloudy to Stormy+DustClouds (i'm not entirely sure the doubled-up clouds work. might've "worked" once while making it)

added Drenched (Foggy+Flooded), Misty (Foggy+Rainy), Scuddy (Foggy+Stormy), Haboob (Stormy+DustClouds+Cloudy), and Eclipsed+Flooded/Foggy/Rainy/Stormy combinations.
Eclipsed combos use terminal formatter shorthand (eclps, rny, strmy, fld) this may change. dunno.
