Gets rid of lightning, coward

All players need this to disable lightning completely.

If only the host has this mod, random strikes will still happen for other players, but targeted item strikes will not. If only the client(s) have this mod, random strikes will not happen for clients, but targeted item strikes will still happen.

v1.0.1 - Fixed major potential cheating issue, added LC_API dependency and removed previous upload
