V56 Cruiser item attach

Allows placing items on the sides of the Cruiser similar to V56

Items properly attach to the Cruisers physics region and move with it

Only tested as host on a LAN lobby might work multiplayer Let me know

• Added LethalConfig support
• Added the ability to increase distance all the way to 100 (units?)
• Fixed the bug to place items on the underside of the cruiser (or the bottom of any surface)
• Added the option to undo the bug fix if someone wants to mess around with items on the bottom of the cruiser This was update in 9AM been working on during the night so sorry for weird wording
