Game Chat

Adds a game chat between players in online games / lobbies. Anyone who wants to use chat must have the plugin installed, but you can still use lobbies normally with everyone else.

Features:

Chat between any number of players in a lobby
Automatic detection of other players who have the chat plugin installed
Customizable position of the chat box (see mod settings)
Customizable chat hotkey (see mod settings)
Turn off being chat plugin being detected by other players

Known pitfalls:

Typing a mesasge in chat will still activate keypresses for the game (such as Space, Enter, Escape, movement arrows, etc)
