(Development Version) Use at your own advisory!

Adds a game chat between players in online games / lobbies. Anyone who wants to use chat must have the plugin installed, but you can still use lobbies normally with everyone else.

Update v1.0.1:

Blocks inputs to game and to menus (such as Esc) when the chat window is open.
Hides the chat in the pause screen.
Fixes the debug chat text appearing in the menu after leaving mod settings.

Automatic detection of other players who have the chat plugin installed
Customizable position of the chat box (see mod settings)

Turn off being chat plugin being detected by other players
