This lets you control the level scaling on the mobs via config file. Also changed it to always display the mob level.
LevelMultiplier > 0 - Multiplier applied after level calculation. LevelMultiplier <= 0 - Region minimum mode (default). Sets the level to the minimum for the region.
Use the SimpleChat command !AILevelMultiplier.SetMultiplier [value] to set the value in-game.
!AILevelMultiplier.SetMultiplier 1 Set the scaling to the vanilla level scaling.
