DevMode Console Unlock

Enables the built-in Lucky Shot dev console in normal release builds.

• Press ` or F12 to open. Try help().
• Blocks Steam achievement writes while active (4 redundant layers, silent).
• Console commands flag the run as cheated (no leaderboards).

Install: put LuckyShotDevMode.dll in BepInEx/plugins/. Remove the mod + restart for guaranteed clean achievements.
