Yes I know there is another mod for it, but this one has been in the works for a minute.

Featuring a custom model and texture for when you cast the spell, dynamic scaling per spell level, slightly custom effects, and a spell so devious it should be banned....

This spell twists your balls, literally, the sound is well...something to behold. Basically its a "constant laser beam" that you have to keep aiming at the other player. It should disable jumping among other things, let me know if this does not work. Hope you enjoy.
