LobbyFriends Mod

A Client side mod that makes player names clickable in lobbies and end game scoreboard, allowing you to easily view Steam profiles and add friends.

Features

• Clickable Player Names: Click on any player's name in the lobby or post-game scoreboard
• Steam Profile Integration: Opens player Steam profiles directly in Steam's overlay browser
• Visual Feedback: Player names highlight when you hover over them

Installation

Prerequisites

• BepInEx must be installed

Installation Steps

1. Download the latest release of LobbyFriends
2. Extract the LobbyFriends.dll file
3. Place it in your MageArena/BepInEx/plugins/ folder
4. Launch MageArena through Steam

How to Use

In Lobby

1. Join or create a lobby
2. Player names will automatically become clickable (look for the subtle highlight effect)
3. Hover over any player name to see it change color
4. Click on a player name to open their Steam profile

In Post-Game Scoreboard

1. After a match ends, the scoreboard will appear
2. Player names on the scoreboard are also clickable
3. Same functionality as lobby - click to view Steam profiles

Troubleshooting

Player Names Not Clickable

• Wait a few seconds after joining - the mod needs time to detect players

Steam Profiles Not Opening

• Check that Steam overlay is enabled for MageArena
