Customise the commands chat uses to interact with the game.Allows for changing of the stream-chat commands.
Requires configuration from the config file.
Tested for Twitch, Should work with Douyu (斗鱼) and BiliBili.
Notes
- All commands are handled the same way as default commands.
- If two commands intersect behavior is undefined.
