Lumen global illumination and reflections held at High instead of Epic, same look. Measured on an
RTX 5060 with Epic settings: 81 -> 120 FPS at 1440p, 121 -> 173 FPS at 1080p.
The game's "unlimited" frame rate is really unlimited (it stopped at 62 FPS).
F7 switches it off and on in the game; a card at the top right says what it's doing.
Never writes your saved settings; settings already at High or lower are kept.
