Map Nap (Megabonk)

Tired of getting slapped while trying to check the map? MapNap lets you hold a key to open a full-screen map while the game is fully paused, then instantly resumes when you release.

Tested on: Megabonk v1.0.19
Loader support: MelonLoader v0.7.1 and BepInEx 6

Features

Hold Tab to pause, jump straight to the map tab, and resume when released.
Prevents the regular pause menu from getting stuck on the map after you let go.

Install

Do not load MelonLoader and BepInEx in the same Megabonk install. Keep separate copies of the game or use a manager such as r2modman to isolate profiles.

BepInEx (Thunderstore / r2modman)

Install BepInEx 6 for Megabonk (e.g., via r2modman).
Drop MapNap.dll into <profile>\BepInEx\plugins\MapNap\.
Launch Megabonk through r2modman (or your BepInEx-enabled install).

MelonLoader

Install MelonLoader v0.7.1 into your Megabonk directory.
Copy MapNap.dll into <game>\Mods\.
