Doubled Chests Cost

"Doubled Chests Cost" is a mod that simply doubles the cost of all chests on the map. It was created so that players can use the mod "share em" (each time a player picks up a powerup, other players in the lobby do too) without breaking the game.

At the moment, it's coherent only if there are only 2 players in the lobby, so it is possible that the user may choose the multilpicator in future versions (for example set to 4 if there are 4 players) or that it automatically detects how many players there are in the lobby.
