Night bosses drop a red Devil's Contract. Take it and you lose 20 max HP, permanently. The devil pays one random Orange powerup at your feet.
- The contract sits 3 m to the side of the normal boss drop. Walking over it does nothing. Hold your interact key to sign.
- A second contract costs another 20. Max HP does not fall below 10. Further contracts still pay an Orange and do not go lower. Red Pills do not raise max HP while you are on that floor.
- Before the floor, Red Pills still add 10 max HP each. Three Red Pills and one contract is 110 max HP.
- Chests and shrines never roll the contract. Only a boss drop, or the debug key, offers one.
- A contract left for five minutes despawns. You are not paid.
Multiplayer
Everyone in the lobby needs this mod, the same other powerup mods, and the same config stamp. The stamp is the short code in BepInEx/LogOutput.log on load. A vanilla client errors when a contract drops.
The Orange can be grabbed by a teammate. It appears at the signer's feet.

The host's offer settings decide what drops. Each player's own cost settings decide their max HP.
Credits
The idea is the Binding of Isaac devil room, mapped onto Muck as a flat 20 max HP. This mod contains no assets from Muck or The Binding of Isaac. The icon is original.
