Adds Dio's Best Friend, a new Orange powerup, to Muck. The idea is Risk of Rain 2's consumable extra life.
On death, this item is consumed and you return to life with full health and 3 seconds of invulnerability. Both numbers are the defaults. Your own config can change them.
- You revive where you died. Your inventory stays with you. There is no grave and no "has died" line.
- One stack is used per revive. Extra stacks wait for the next death.
/killis still a real death, including during the invulnerability window, so you can unstick yourself. SetKillCommandBypassesDioto false if you want/killto spend a Dio instead. During the window that setting blocks/killalong with every other hit.- The item drops from Orange chests and shrines like any other Orange powerup.
SelfRevive and SelfReviveMultiplayer already offer a free self-revive. This mod is a loot item. You find it, you hold it, and death spends one stack.
Multiplayer
Every player needs this mod, and the same set of other powerup mods. A vanilla peer has no entry for the new id and will error when a Dio drops. Ids are assigned in mod order, so two players with different powerup mods will not agree.
Your config only changes your own revive. Muck already trusts the health your client reports.
In Versus, a player you "kill" while they hold a Dio does not get a kill credit. They never actually died.
